The DA1 is the ideal drive for demanding applications that are speed- and torque-dependent. Eaton’s PowerXL™ product family delivers outstanding performance regarding motor control and modularity. Thanks to the enhanced performance range (up to 250 kW) and the option of a higher degree of protection (IP66), the DA1 can be used across a wide range of applications. With the integrated EMC filter, braking transistor and the Modbus RTU and CANopen protocols on board, the DA1 is ready for use straight out of the box for a variety of applications. Customer-specific adjustments are made possible by the integrated function block editor, which allows for maximum flexibility.

The devices stand out for their high starting torque in the powerful vector mode, and for their safe operating states with STO functionality. The devices can be used in cranes, in installations that are regularly exposed to dust or contamination, and even in marine applications.
