The field-replaceable, hot-swappable valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery allows you to work through short power failures and gives you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. A built-in card slot allows installation of a WEBCARDLXE network interface that turns the UPS into a managed device on your network. It enables full remote configuration and SNMP-based UPS management, including load shedding, safe shutdowns and automated alerts.
